Automail is copyrighted and protected by copyright laws, international treaty provisions, and other applicable laws in the country in which it is being used. Lineverge retains all rights, titles, and interests in the software recorded on the original media and all subsequent copies of the software including all copyrights, patents, trade secret rights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights therein. You will not disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer the Software. Any unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of the Software is expressly prohibited by law and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.
License
Subject to payment of the applicable fees, Lineverge grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the software and the documentation solely for your internal operations and in accordance with the license details and the documentation. Lineverge retains ownership of all intellectual property rights in and to the Software, including copies, improvements, enhancements, derivative works and modifications thereof. Your rights to Use the Software are limited to those expressly granted by the license details. No other rights with respect to the Software or any related intellectual property rights are granted or implied.
